Thank you Governor Bullock. Wish other states weren't controlled by corrupt wildlife orgs and high dollar special interest groups who demand federal lands for themselves so they can put it on the auction block like they do with our public hunting tags. I am thrilled to have picked Montana to do a leftover elk tag hunt this year. Ironic the reason I won't be hunting one of the aforementioned states was because my tag was morphed into a wealth tag for wildlife group welfare.

With the unveiling of Governor Steve Bullock?s pro-public lands initiative just an hour or so ago, today will go down as a milestone in the history of conservation in Montana. For the first time, a sitting governor has made public lands a centerpiece of his administration?s agenda.
And it's because of you.
Governor Steve Bullock made public lands a key priority in his administration because you have been part of our grassroots movement to protect Montana?s wild places and defend public lands.
For years, you've let it be known ? in meetings, on opinion pages, at rallies, and through your support of MWA ? that our way of life depends on quality access to public lands. You?ve also let it be known that the insidious agenda to seize our public lands has no place in our state and that we must counter that agenda with one that reflects our values, rooted as they are in Montana?s incredible outdoors.
Please enjoy a video we've made to commemorate the occasion and to say thank you to Governor Bullock for championing our public lands and our outdoor recreation.
For more about the governor?s pro-public public lands agenda, please read our Wild Word blog post. And if you'd like to thank the governor yourself, we have a web page ready for you to contact him.
Contact Gov. Bullock now.
MWA will continue making public lands a top priority issue in Montana and will help lay the groundwork for the governor and other state leaders to protect our public lands and promote our outdoor way of life.
From everyone at MWA, thank you again for making this such a special day for Montana and our outdoor way of life.
