With the SCOTUS having the Obamacare(OC) and AZ Immigration arguments on the docket for 2012 as well as the TX redistricting case. how big of a inflence are they going to be on the outcome of the 2012 election?

If they rule for AZ and rule against OC, will this portray Obama as being weak and hand the GOP the presidency? The Texas ruling also has potential to help the GOP out.

If they rule against AZ and for OC, will it portray BO as unbeatable? It'll be interesting.

Californian rarely has a point, but he's right. it's the economy.

Both decisions are expected by most experts to fall in Obama's favor. either way it means little, the high court is how you find out what's legal . there's no shame in testing the water, you win some you lose some and boundaries are determined. it will have little effect on the elections .

It could have the reverse effect.
Ruling against Obama Care could really stir up the liberals and get them out to vote.

Right now, the people who are too lazy to vote are counting on the SCOTUS to see things their way.

Ruling for Obama care could cause a tidal wave of republicans to vote in someone who will end it.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-15-11 AT 09:17PM (MST)[p]Yeah Obama could lose a lot of republican votes if he's upheld by the SC.

If the high court rules in favor that means it's constitutional.............that's bad? by all means we've had all the constitutional crap we need in this country enough already.
