This is just phuking great. WTF has this country come to when good people doing their job have to fear for their life because the government pacifies terrorists. starting with my worthless congressman Greg Walden right up to law enforcement hater #1 the orange chit stain. they both have an obligation to get in front of this NOW and try to ward off their followers from acting on their impulses.

If we don't stand up for our law enforcement we're no better than the ragheads. I have no idea what the status of this officer is but I hope he's been through something like the witness relocation program. I fear he and his family are in grave danger and I feel sick about it.

You just had a guy drive off from being stopped by fellow officers. Then the guy APPEARED to be trying to run a road block. Then he gets out of his truck (never a good idea when stopped) and starts coming toward you, hands in the air. You're giving him orders to stop and keep his hands up. He ignores you and keeps coming toward you, then reaches for something in his coat pocket. In the heat of that moment, do you:
A. Sh!t your pants and start crying and shaking like a dog sh!tting peach pits. B. Think "oh this is that nice guy who wouldn't hurt a fly" C. Fire your weapon until the threat is stopped.

A is the answer for most people. C is the real right answer for a police officer doing his job. Does that sound like murder?

Lavoy, traveling at a high rate of speed swerves to keep from hitting a vehicle blocking the road and comes to rest in the snow. The FBI swat team opens fire on the vehicle. Lavoy steps out to protect his passengers. He's wallowing around in 3 ft. of snow in the open while the FBI agents are hidden behind vehicles or trees.

Lavoy has been known to carry a pistol and he brings his hand down toward his coat pocket. The brave FBI agents all hidden decide "why take a chance" and shoot him dead.

So yeah, it was a legal murder, no question about it.
 
He was an idiot. Too bad his parents didn't teach him any better. I mean what kind of person behaves like that with law enforcement? I bet if they did get handcuffs on him he would say over and over "I didn't do nothing".

People like elkass would maybe cheer the idea quietly. I do agree with their stand against the federal government going in the opposite direction and mismanaging the land and doing the same thing. Both are wrong. Like making 1.3 million acre National Monuments, or shutting down all logging on National Forest land. Or making millions of acres of new Wilderness areas.
