When does the criminal stop being the criminal and the people sworn to "protect and serve" become the criminal? Right now !!!
Shouldn't the beating end once a person is in cuffs ? Why does the cop jump off the car onto the victim ?
He was taken to the hospital after the first beating, then to the local lock up/police station but was brought back to the hospital 2 more times all the while in police custody. This happened in a small country town in PA, not much crime at all. As bad as this video is what was going on behind the scene's that no one saw?
