Guys, are you aware that when you share a cell phone or ipad photo with anyone, there is metadata attached to it, which allows folks to see exactly where the photo was taken?
I am careful with this, when guys figure out how to read that data, there are lots of hunting spots that will be overflowed with folks who have not put in any time scouting to find these great spots.
Be careful to take pictures when phones are out of range or turn off the service if possible, or just use a regular camera.
Poachers would be too stupid to even know what this means, it could be a great way to catch the dirty scoundrels. That is all. Back to your tasks. :)
 
UUGH, do not tell people this. It makes my scouting a LOT harder if they strip the meta data.
I am kinda kidding.
 
Turn off your location or take a screen shot problem taken care of!
