Trouble w/ Mechanicals in Quiver hood

Trouble with mechanicals deploying when I am putting them into my quiver foam.

I have a two piece Fuse Posi-lite quiver and when I secure my mechanicals into the quiver hood foam they start to deploy.

Have any of you guys had this same problem? and what do you guys suggest?

Is it a mechanical broad head quiver?

I actually made holes/slots big enough for the heads and blades in the foam. The foam holds and protects the outside of the body and blades but I don't use the foam to help hold the arrow in place, your quiver locks should do that.
