How do I take care of a turkey for taxidermy work? I want to get one stuffed this year. Thanks for the suggestions.

Freeze it asap... and do not field dress... if you want the meat then take it to the taxi quickly as soon as you can, and have em skin it. where ya located? I have a small taxi shop here in ogden if that works then PM me
