Turkey Guillotine help

Turkey season is coming up real soon, and I plan on stickin one with my bow. I see those turkey guillotines and think that would be sweet. It looks obviously that a longer arrow is required to clear your sights since they have a 3 inch cutting diameter. Has anyone ever shot one? How would you even practice shooting one? Any thoughts?
Thanks

I got it and shot it a couple of times at a pillow. I used the long arrow that is tapered that was designed for it and it was still too short with my 30" draw length.(hit my sights) I returned it to Cabelas the day before a hunt last year, used a regular BH.

You are going to either shoot a heavy/full length arrow or better yet the arrow the company provides as they don't fly too great other wise. I'd recommend getting a good expandable broadhead for turkey.

Thanks for the input. I also read some posts on archerytalk.com and I think the TG is more work than it is worth. I'll be sticking to my muzzies this year.
