We had a great hunt here in southern New Mexico this past weekend. The weather was crazy! It was snowing one minute, windy and sunny the next. I was able to take my second coues and my friend Jeff was able to shoot his first. He had to work a lot harder for his deer than I did. It took him three hours of straight up climbing to get in position to kill his deer. His son Ty was a real trooper, he never complained about the weather or the hiking. Thanks to Bud, he's the one in the middle, for all of his help. He's 65 years old and he out climbed all of us! The guy is incredible! I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year!
