Thanks Wyoming! You have a great western state. Every trip there is good.
... and a guy can sure look over a LOT of antelope to find one bigger than 12 inches.

Thanks guys. I will peel the skin off and score him tomorrow.
He has the "wide flare" look that makes him look bigger than he probably is. The longest horn is about 14 1/2 inches.

This guy scored about 75 and had 14 1/2 inch horns. Nice and high but notice the lack of any curl at the tip of the horn which would have added inches to the overall length. I have larger scoring antelope that do not look as good when you first see them.
The wide spread and flared out 4"+ prongs make him look neat and initially show more black when the buck is first seen in the field.
The ivory tipped horns I think are a sign of an older buck.
Judging antelope on the hoof definitely is a challenge.

Yep, I'd shoot him again. I love the wide open country they live in. He provided a great trip, good memories and mighty fine eating :)
