Unit 032

Drew a unit 32 archery deer tag as a non resi. Not too familiar with area and was looking for some general info. Planning on a couple of scouting trips in July.

PM me for some specifics but in a nutshell, get as high as possible, as early as possible during your scouting. Look at north facing slopes mid-day. They'll be in the sshade.

I scouted for antelope in that unit last year and saw a few good bucks very early. Good archery bucks, not monsters. But i was looking for lopes, not deer.

I also drew 032 archery deer and have been pming Bone3. Do you have any tips you wouldn't mind sharing? I've been on two scouting trips so far and am a little dissapointed. I had a rifle tag down there last year and saw some really nice bucks this time of the year last year but have been cursed during my scouting this year with absolutely terrible weather - from total white out in late June to over 100 degrees last weekend.

After seeing the antelope herded up last weekend, I wish I had an antelope tag! Saw some nice bucks sort of higher than I would think to see them.

Anyway, any help is appreciated!
