Would 22 non-resident points be enough to draw a bull elk license in unit 10 in 2015?

Rifle/Muzzy, no.
Archery, yes.
This is based strictly on how many folks put in for tags last year in your point group. If some of the rifle guys switch to bow, then the odds could change.
You are still a ways out for rifle.
You could probably draw muzzy in the next year or 2.... again assuming rifle guys don't switch over.

For muzzy...
1 of 3 drew in the 22 point group last year and another 3 applied in the 21 point group. So, you are actually 2 years away from the 2 ahead of you clearing out. Then would theoretically have a 33% chance 3 years from now. Again, assuming nobody changes hunts.
So realistically, you are probably a good 5 years out on the muzzy hunt too... Im assuming people will eventually get tired of waiting to draw the rifle tag.
