Well back from our deer hunt up in 13. Didn't tag out unfortunately, was definitely a tough hunt. We were in the right area but managed to only see 6 does, and couldn't find the buck. Heard 1 shot and 1 confirmed kill our of the numbers of us out there. Also saw a herd of about 40 elk with a big bull bugling up a storm. Very nice scenery and sucks we didn't get anything, but a bad day of hunting is better than a good day of work. Hopefully looking to get it done on my cow hunt at the end of November!
