Unit 130 Deer?

Looking at this unit to apply for deer. Can anyone tell me anything about the unit. Seems to have some rough country. There seems to be a wilderness area in the north end. Is this where all the deer are during the season? Is there allot of private property. Thanks

there is a general season and a limited quota season for that area. The general season is early the limited quota season is later. The limited quota season can be good, moslty public, migration hunt, but only runs through Oct 31. If you draw the tag, pray for snow early.

if you hunt the late hunt you won't be hunting the wilderness, and its mostly public land, most of the deer migrate in from many miles away.
