I drew a limited deer tag for Oct. 15-30. SO, I will be in the area from mid October until the end of the deer season, but most agree that the best time to hunt will be the last few days. I don't want to hunt the are for 15 days as my wife isn't coming out until the last five days, so I was thinking of hunting something else. I would prefer something nearby and all of the antelope license are sold. I thought of hunting cow elk, pheasant, bear or fishing. Can someone give me some suggestions. Thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
