Unit 140 Help

Planning on scouting the southern end of unit 140 in a few weeks for elk and mulies. Just curious if anybody had some postitive or negative opinions about this area? Whether or not I am wasting my diesel and its not as cheap as it use to be so I want to make this scouting trip count. I will help with info if you are planning on hunting Oregon, which I guarantee with our management geniuses at ODFW, dont waste your time. Thanks in advance for any advice and info.
