Hunted deer in 17 all five days. Saw lots of does, one buck and a big 6x7 bull. Majority of deer/elk/sign were around 6500 - 6900 feet. All of the metal catch/rain water tanks were dry with zero tracks. Tank in Park well full of water and zero sign. Tank by drift fence also full, very little sign. Bear sign all over drift fence. Three other hunters closed the deal on bucks, no monsters. Saw the big bull and 12 + cows across from rattlesnake tank. Temps were in the 80-85 degrees. Most animals were in bed by 8:00 am. Hunted lots of dark stuff, rim rock and rock slides. Should take a couple of weeks to get all the cactus spines out. Had a great time
