Unit 24

Anyone got any info they are willing to share on coues in 24? I picked up a leftover archery tag and plan to hunt in January. Just wondering if they are rutting in January and if they like it up higher in the mountains or down lower in the desert looking country. Any help is greatly appreciated

Haven't hunted 24, but have neighboring units. In my experience the muleys prefer the flats and the Coues are in the hills.

Thanks leftturn. I've seen them up in 16b so I got an idea where I might find some. I just hope I can make it back there in January
