Unit 34 Question

I hunted 34 last year for deer and saw a grand total of 1 doe. We tried hiking up No Name Creek just east of Glenwood. Being way too out of shape, we only made it about 4 miles back. It was the roughest place I have ever been. I looked over my topo map and was wondering if there is any way to access the canyon from the top side by Windy Point. My Explorer over-heated trying to climb Transfer Trail, so we never made it up to see. Thanks for any help you guys might could give me.
