Access is the difficult part of this hunt. Anyone know of access to the Boise River anywhere. I've found a few spots that I can access the river and potentially float to some islands or other land locked public land but I would guess flows will be somewhat high when the season get's rolling and I'm not sure about floating the river in those conditions.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
