Unit 52 Private Land Options

Long shot but I figured I'd at least not pass on an opportunity for some MM abuse. I drew a Unit 52 3rd season Private Land Only tag in the 2nd draw. I had a place set up to hunt on...that I was informed last night is no longer available. So goes the world of free market which I'm fine with. However I would still like to hunt this Nov if possible.

If anyone has info on possible access/trespassing fees on any decent dirt in Unit 52 it would be greatly appreciated. I am obviously willing to pay a fair price. DMs and post welcome. If nothing else the abusive posts are always entertaining. . Thanks in advance.
