Unit 62 deer - Nov. hunt

Any info. concerning this unit will be most appreciated. I will not be able to scout due to work schedule and fuel prices. Will hike for miles if someone has a good area of interest. North, mid, or south? Thanks.

I suggest that you get a camo paraglider and fly the unit...you'll surely find what you are looking for..MontanaDrifter used this method for many years and was very successful...have you ever heard of him?

I have seen many nice bucks in the Barkley Cabin Gulch area in September. The area is pretty hard to get to even on ATV. I would not think they get much pressure which may be hard to believe with the Uncompahgre. Monitor Mesa always has a slew of deer come from it, may be harder to find a big buck there. Good luck !
