unit 76,77,78 questions?

I am from out of state and am interested in hunting for bull elk in colorado. I am not familiar with the area, however I have looked at the 07 harvest reports and shows that units 76, 77 and 78 have fairly good rates for bulls.

Again I am not familiar with the area and would like to know if anyone could provide some info as to logistics, locations and accessibility to theses areas.

Unit 76 is a draw for all seasons and takes many preference points to be drawn.
