Hoping to head out tomorrow. Waiting to
hear from a friend if mz has tapered down
over there. These pics are from 3 days ago.
Wallowing is an almost daily occurance now
for most bulls. It appears to me most is in
the afternoon. I see very little in the am.
Bugling has not changed in the last 2 weeks.
I expect to see a big increase this week. The
next step in the rut will be aggressive behavior
between bulls. Im seeing almost none of that now.
Once that occurs the smelling of cows with the
lip curl and the licking of her rear. They will
also put their chin on her back. Mounting will
be attempted but she will most often pull away.
All of this should occur this week before the actual
breeding takes place around the 21-30 of Sept.
This is the photo that will appear in your post.
