Unit 90-1 Mule Deer

I will be heading to Unit 90-1 for a goat hunt this week. I have been banking preference points to mule deer hunt Wyoming next year. I'd like to do some muley scouting when I am out there. Is this a good unit for deer? If so, what should I be looking for?? Thanks.

I hear there's good deer in 90. I've yet to see them. I've been hunting/scouting that area for antelope at least 15 times in the past two months. I've only seen one branched antlered deer. So I'd say you should be looking for anything with bone...

Thanks Triple BBB. Any advice for my 90-1 goat hunt? I have never been there but have some good maps. I will be happy with a decent 13 or 14 incher - will those be easy to find?

I've seen quite a few 13 - 14" goats in my area. Doesn't area 90 overlap two or three different goat area's. Irregardless of the area, you shouldn't have any problems getting a respectable buck...
