UT results vs. NV deadline

Think the UT draw results will be available before the NV apps are due April 19th? How 'bout credit card charges at least? When were they available last year?

Now that Arizona is posted, it answers a few questions, but I'm trying to be careful not to overlap anything in Utah and Nevada.

The huntin fool says that in Nevada now you can return your tag 1 day before the hunt and receive a full refund, all points reinstated and a point for this year. That is a complete change from past years. I have not verified it, but if true just put in and if you draw a tag the conflicts just turn it back. hopefully not the day before the hunt.
