It's a proven fact that wildlife numbers are inversely proportionate to the size of the mgmt board.

I don't even think the NRA had that many board members.

Why do they keep taking about elk plan and deer plan and then keep trying to change it? You set the plan for x amount of years. Don't change it in the middle trying for a bandaid, do the right thing first!

The top 3-5 any bull units will now be even more flooded. This happened with the OTC control cow tags already talk about ruining an experience! Do any of these DWR and RAC members hunt general hunts? This going to be a giant cluster.
