Does anybody know why the list of expo tags includes tags for a season that is not listed in the proclamation? (Plateau late antelope)

They locked in their tags for several years. Even if the DWR removes a hunt, the expo will still be given the tags. Its just like the late wasatch hunt 2 years ago. DWR ended that hunt, but because the conservation groups were locked in, they still received two tags to auction/draw.

They no longer have a late Wasatch tag now? So they lock in on tags based on the previous draw? Not that it matters, just seems when they allocate tag#'s one year the following year's expo goes by those numbers and can change the next year? That antelope tag would be gone next year right? Confusing.
