I don't know that I'd necessarily call a Henry's Management Buck, a pisscutter..... depending upon the buck, it could be an incredibly mature Muley. Just saying.....

I like that they are creating more options for archers. It will be interesting to see how many guys will put in for the archery Mountain Goat or Bison tag. I'm tempted but those might be tough tags to fill with a bow.

Archers already had plenty of opportunity. They can use archery equipment on any tag that the DWR gives out.
