Utah late seaon cow elk

Hello all, I am a new resident to Utah and am looking for access or a reasonable fee for access to private land to hunt cow elk, I am an experienced hunter rifle or bow and a USMC combat veteran and am very safe, respectful and courteous. I am willing to travel and really just would like an opportunity...

Maybe get on the UDWR site/CWMU and call a few of them as they may or may not have a cow tag this late in the year??

also just to clarify there are some cow tags available online with the DWR just for private land only and they recommend getting landowner approval prior to purchasing

If you’re willing to pay $1200-1500, there are lots of private land hunt’s available

yeah I know unfortunately I'm not one of those $$$ guys... very hard working and blue collard as they come

look into the chalk creek area - a few years ago you could still get a cow tag for under $750
