Where do they have the 2011 permit allocation numbers that the board decided on posted online? They were suppose to meet and do that the last week I believe.

The Wildlife Board is meeting today down in Washington. It's a closed meeting, so no public input. The minutes of that meeting will be posted sometime after the meeting. I'll post a link up when they become avaliable. They will be hashing out many things that will most likely effect 2011/2012, we'll see.

The RAC's will discuss 2011 Buck Bull and Once in a Lifetime permit numbers, along with 2011 antlerless permit numbers in their April Meetings, and the Wildlife Board will vote on those numbers in early May. You can look up the RAC and Board schedule on the DWR website ( http://wildlife.utah.gov/public_meetings/pdf/11_schedule.pdf ) I don't think there are any proposed numbers available yet. You probably have to wait a couple more weeks before you see those numbers.

How many permits will

The Utah Wildlife Board will set permit
numbers for both the big game and antlerless
hunts when it meets on May 5, 2011.
This meeting occurs after the big game
application period and before the antlerless
application period.
Division biologists will collect and analyze
the most recent harvest and population
data before making their recommendations
to the Wildlife Board.
