Vernon deer migration

I Just moved back to Utah and have a west desert, west deer tag. I am wondering if the deer in Vernon still migrate. There used to be a ton of deer that migrated from there until a disease killed a lot of them. I am just wondering if there is more migrating or if there is still only a very few that do?

That to, but there was actually a disease that killed about 80 percent of the does.

A few still migrate but not even close to what it used to be. The majority stay put.
