video camera for waterfowl?

what would be a good video camera to buy for waterfowl??
im looking for a camera with 2000$ or less and if it comes in a kit or something maybe like $2500ish. would like to also get one that you can put a waterproof camoflauged case on it. thanks

I got the canon xh-a1 and you can get a used one in that price range.
