Vortex Spotter

i looked through the Viper HD 20-60X80 spotting scope and was really impressed. My question is ive found some on ebay for around $900 but i was leaning towards the 65mm. those are going around $650. if there is a dealer on here that can match that i would be willing to purchase from them? is this unreasonable?

You'll have a little less upper end magnification, but...

i have the 65 and love it, its lighter for backpacking which is why i got it.

A question please?

Is the difference between a 65mm and 80mm a matter of the 80 being better in low light? Is this the only advantage?

I need to upgrade my spotter in the worst way.

P.S. 95% of my spotting scope use is from the truck,(looking at waterfowl) so weight isn't really an issue.

I have a 65mm and a Razor. When set up side by side watching game. The 65 goes dark when you can still see threw the bigger razor. So when the game is coming into a field at last light you can still use the scope with the bigger objective.
