WA Bighorn raffle?

I struck out in the draw and was wondering if WA has any raffle options for bighorn sheep. I seem to remember a hunter killing the new state record a couple of years ago with a raffle or auction tag but can't find anything on the state website. If anyone knows anything I would appreciate it.

Seems like I recall that you can only purchase them in person from a license vendor in WA...is that right?

For the WA WSF run raffle for the Rocky tag, mail only.
