It feels like mid July here! Today it was 103 in lower Calaveras County. There are so many fires in the Sierra I can't hardly breath at night. What the hail is going on? D 5 opener is this coming weekend and I am not even going to hunt until the last week, it's just to dang HOT!

Same here up north, Siskiyou county, the week before the season it was almost freezing, then the opener and it's right back up in the 90's..
