The GAO, Government Accountability Office, which is the non-partisan investigation agency of congress had this to say about how the Obama administration did while implementing AHC or Obamacare. This is highlights from their report and the full report will be presented Thursday.
The GAO report found the following items:
Management failures by Obama Admin. set stage for woes that paralyzed new health care program.
Obama Admin. lacked effective planning and oversight practices for development of heatlthcare.gov,
The government incurred significant cost increases, schedule slips and delayed functionality.
The GAO concluded in their report:
Contractors were not given coherent plan and were kept jumping around from issue to issue.
Due to Obama Admin. management failures the cost ballooned from 86 million dollars to over 294 million dollars.
CMS, agency representing Obama Admin. in overseeing AHC failed to follow-up on how well contractors were performing.
The federal contract for AHC was allowed to be open ended and may have contributed to costly changes. Was not a friend of Michelle Obama's acting as frontwoman for the main contractor used in AHC and I wonder if her company did benefit from this open ended contract.
Two companies took lead, one being where Michelle Obama's friend worked for, in the system serving 36 states for sign up to AHC.
They had numerous failures with crippling problems, but CMS still payed their 21.5 million in fees and only withheld 267 thousand dollars for their repeated failures and screw-ups.
GAO found there was INADEQUATE MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT AND COORDINATION BY THE OBAMA ADMINSTRATION CONCERNING AHC BEING IMPLEMENTED.
In other words Eldorko, your favorite party and Obama administration proved again and again they are the administration of SNAFU and FUBAR and continued to lie to peons like you during the whole mess in hopes you would believe how great they were doing. Guess what, they darn well succeeded with you because you swallowed it hook, line, and sinker.
No the law suit will not get anywhere in a court of law, but it will get press release to keep the reason for it in front of the public to combat the lies coming out of this administration that fools like you that fall for it.
