Where did the graffiti losers go?

Just wondering where the graffiti criminals have gone. I don’t think this is political because everyone is affected. I don’t see it in my neighborhood anymore. Have they all started stealing, robbing, and other mayhem. I have plenty of that in my neighborhood, but little graffiti. Just thought of it,
