I was wondering if those "in the know" could help me understand where all the ammo and components are actually going?
I have heard many say that the everyday hoarder is to blame for the shortage, but that can't be the case. Here in Oregon, a very limited supply of ammo and components are even making it to the retail shelves. Thus, the everyday hoarder can't be the main problem.
How are the ammo suppliers and/or their distributors prioritizing who gets the ammo that is being produced, and who is actually getting it? Clearly, somebody is sucking up most of it before it gets to the retail locations.
