It's all over the internet. One of the thugs is white. Really, there is absolutely ZERO comparison to the Travon Martin case. Completely different scenario, IMO.

I'm all for the right to carry and at specific times do, saying that carrying wouldn't have helped this Aussies as he was jogging and shot in the back. This is totally dissimilar to the Zimmerman case these kids were 15, 16, 17 year old animals who killed because they were board. I think Zimmerman was interested in helping his community whether that was misplaced in his actions is the debate. Martin although not a perfect record with the law had only minor offenses. This case has nothing to do with race and everything to do with justice at this point. The color of these killers or their victim does not matter.

What matters is that if three white kids gunned down a black person, every black group and certain individuals demand that it be tried as a race "hate" crime.
If it is 3 blacks that do the crime to a white person or hispanic, those same groups keep their mouths shut about any race "hate" crime.

Most states have laws on the books that if it is a race "hate" crime, the penalty is far stiffer then that of a killing not involving race as the motive.

I am willing to bet those three juveniles were smart enough to not admit they selected and shot the Aussie because he was white and presented an easy target.

Look's as if now their could be another victim.Today on the news a black professor from some university was trying to explain why these young boys did this,the Professor is full of SH#T!this is a HATE crime.
 
The federal government under the 2009 Hate Crimes Act determine if its a hate crime depending if they picked a victim because of race or sexual orientation and a couple other things. Since one of the 3 killers is white and they stated to the police they were looking for someone to kill it is a despicable crime but probably not a hate crime. I'm not sure it matters since they will spend most if not all of their life in prison.
 
I bet you 100,000.00 that it was a hate crime,why didn't they shoot a black?if had been two white kids and part black and they shot a black person they would have been charged them with a hate crime,charge these two and white chocolate with a hate crime let them prove it wasn't.How many white people and black people were their before this happened pretty much a slam dunk for the prosecutor if he is not afraid of the black outcry.
 
The actual trigger man in this has been bragging on twitter for a while about how many white people he has knocked out since the Zimmerman trial.

Corn, I did not establish the standard of what is a hate crime. I would think an argument could be made that all crimes are hate crimes.

It is the liberal haters and race mongers that came up with the term and the additional legal penalties.
Any of these recently publicized black on white crimes, if reversed would be stellar white on black hate crimes.
To suggest anything else is completely intellectually dishonest.

Many more hate crimes prosecuted than I realized, often against gays. I included the quote because I liked it not a shot at you or anyone else.
 
The main issue here is the notion that hate crimes can only be committed by "WHITE PEOPLE."

I am sure we are not to far apart on any of this.

My original post here and the other one were for only one reason. With recent events (Zimmerman ) and its propagation by the media and on up to our President I think there is a real need for the hypocrisy to be exposed.
There is to much of the attitude that, my side supports it so no matter how unprincipled the position is, I will ignore or even support a deceitful affair.

I agree, as much as 440 likes to provoke, he does keep many conversations honest.

white on black crime is racism/hate crime. Black on white crime (even with a confession of hatred of whites) is random violence. Or so it appears. Blacks aren't capable of racism, or if they are it's justifiable.

Corn- it seems very likely that the mixed blood black kid is being called white for convenience by the media and people like you. It was a hate crime plain and simple. The so called white kid is no more white than our president and look at his affection for white people. The laws and bias should be applied equally to all races - not only for convenience for the black population.
 
This is the truest barometer of the liberal party yet. Cry foul over a sanctioned self defense yet ignore a heinous violent crime committed in the name of boredom. The news is full every day with headlines of outrageous behavior by B on B crimes yet it is never noted by our politicians or mainscream press.
It is telling that this behavior presents itself over and over aging without any comment form the black leadership nor black public.
One 17 year old try's to jack a "white" male and gets killed in self defense and the whole black community comes unglued. Go figure....
