which is best chronograph?

just wondering what the best chronograph to buy is i got a little money for Christmas and it is burning a whole in my pocket.I had read an article years ago comparing pact chronographs and Ohler chronographs but can not find it to reread the comparsions.

I also looked into Ohler, I really liked their third screen set up. However, I picked the CED Millennium. Works great on sunny days & into the later evening. CED also sells an infrared light for over-cast days and extended shooting time that I am looking to get. Over all I'm pretty satisfied with it so far, no complaints.
