Which Unit ???

I'm looking to buy a land owner tag this year since me and my brother didn't draw elk. We have hunted Unit 15, 22 and 16b but not the following units.

My question is which is the better archery tags?

Unit 13, 16c or 23? They vary by price but just looking for the better Unit. Looking at over 300" bulls with a chance at better. I have heard +'s and -'s for both but still having a hard time deciding the better hunt.

probably 16c for best chance at good overall hunt but if you are willing to gamble a little more with a little less elk but have the opportunity for a 350 plus class bull, I would recommend 13. JMO

I agree with Bullbreath 16C would be my first go for a LO. 13 does have some monsters though but may require a lot of scouting. If you have the time to scout try 13
