Guys,
I'm looking for an eastern Colorado whitetail hunt in 2011. Any thoughts on the walk in areas? I would be willing to pay a tresspass fee also. Any ideas on where to begin? Who to contact? Wouls also like a possible partner if interested.

I've been thinking the same thing as a better way of using my 6 points.

Are there walk-in areas and if so does CDOW publish a map of them?

Congrats on a great Colorado whitey! Wow, I want one like that!

I understand that the Bonny public land is there.....although I have no confidence in it for trophy qulaity.

What do you think are the chances of getting trespass, unguided only access on private land anywhere else in eastern Colorado that might yield a buck such as yours?

FYI...most walk in areas are not for big game hunting...only small game-pheasants. There is a lot of state wildlife areas along the river bottoms.
