Who drew what post ?

If you have an annual "what did you put in for" post dont you have to have a "who drew what and how many points did you have" post too ?

I know a guy who's a NR drew a unit 9 muzzy elk with 7 points. I got rejected.

31,32 Desert sheep tag, 13B rifle deer tag. Only had 1 point for each.
Unit 9 muzzy bull 2 points and 10 archery antelope with 2 points!
