Good to see the money is going to manage the nearly untouchable herd on the island. They must be able to swim a long ways to make it viable to track their migration. Why not put the money into managing units that need it?

Ridge what other units are they doing it on? Do they fly them back to where they caught them? How many are dying from the trauma of it? I've seen them net deer before, but usually the tests and collars are put on in the field then released.

They are artificially inseminating the does with the genes from the biggest bucks to insurer top dollar for the auction tag in future years.

This whole system almost breaks even when all is said and done.
