Willard Billy hunt

Anyone know the when the billy season ends? It says in the big game proc that it ends the second of Oct. but I ran into a guy hunting the other day while I was scouting that said he can go til the 16th of Oct. Nanny hunt starts on Oct. 3 so it just made more sense to me to end the billy hunt on 2.

I'm sure the proclamation is the final word on hunting seasons. It would be a mistake to stray from the dates given.
