Wondering Why Law Enforcement Seems A Little Lax?

Here's the President using the old tried and true party narrative of accusing the other guy of not supporting the guys your party wants defunded. I'm sure this will be a little hard to disprove because the video shows them in action stating they want the police defunded or dismantled. So it would appear the elected officials are telling law enforcement to stand down rather than letting them do their jobs. Maybe this explains low morale and so many jobs unfilled in the law enforcement sector. When your government doesn't have your back in such a dangerous job its easy to see why crime rates are escalating in many cities. Couple that with the no bail initatives and the no charges for many crimes and what could we expect?

He also said in that speech that several capital police were killed during J6, when zero were. If you're concerned about pathological lying potus's you would want the truth to prevail, I would think no?

The issue is certainly a chink in the democrat armor. Made more difficult to exploit by the republicans recent tantrum.

Couldn't agree more EEL but an unbiased press would be actually reporting on this instead of carrying the lighter fluid. If the press was actually doing their jobs they'd help put an end to this crap right from the start. Imagine how many of these issues could have been stopped if they reported accurately. This is precisely why the socialists oppose a free press since it goes against the party narrative to fuel the propaganda they feed the public.

Ya- everyone has biases. Journalists just happen to be left biased. Just 7% of journalists admit to being R (per a Weaver journalism study). I'm OK with bias- just not happy that it's lopsided. But folks tend to go where they desire, and most conservative types aren't all hyped up to be journalists. So figure it's not exactly the existing media's fault- they just are who they are.

That said- it's up to folks to understand it and make up their own minds.

There is no shortage of biased sources representing both ends of the political spectrum. What we need is a little more accuracy and honesty.

When I rode the airplane for a living, I used to hate CNN being on all the tv’s in every airport. At least when I was in LaGuardia I could look at trumps ugly azz 727 out in the long-term parking while listening to it.
