WASHINGTON (AP) - The ivory-billed woodpecker, a striking bird that once flourished in the forests of the Southeast but was thought to have become extinct, has reportedly been sighted in eastern Arkansas, a Cornell University researcher says in a paper released Thursday.
thats funny, they still have the California Mt. Lion on the endangered species list....what else still exists....
