Wife and I spent the day cleaning house, packing extra furniture, moving some taxidermy and gear to storage. Pooped out before dinner. She just wanted the leftover steak from last night. I decided on the San Antonio Kiolabassa sausages with sharp cheddar. Someone asked previously about some of my sauces, so here is another favorite. Carolina style with mustard and vinegar!!! Awesome, if you can find it at a local grocery. Since I was doing fries for me in the oven, she smiled sweetly and said "Snickerdoodles please"!!! I'm a sucker for a wink and a grin from Sweet Tooth!

Just tried that very flavor of Dukes on some smoked chicken on the Traeger last week. Very good sauce.
