worth using 3 points

I have 3 points and am a nonresident ,here are some units I may be able to draw with 3 points and the special elk license , 6 , 25, ,48, ,116, and 117 . Do you guys think any of these units are worth using 3 points on, or should I keep building points and try for a better unit in a couple years.I'm leaning toward waiting but I'm not sure. I'll be hunting on my own and hope to get a decent bull, at least 260 or better.Any help would be appreciated.

I'd cross 48 off your list unless you have a connection to hunt private property. There is very little public land in that unit and what's there doesn't hold enough elk for a decent DIY hunt. I don't really know anything on the other units to offer any information on them.
